Anybody can sign in into our support portal, even if you are not our client or a user, you are welcome to explore ideas and ask questions about our software! The best partnerships sometimes appear from random discussions!
My Area: this space is a private communication channel where you can open tickets with problems and bugs you face. Nobody can see your tickets other than you and us at 11 Dynamics. This is okay but sometimes users have had the same problems and they might be able to help you too, for that we recommend using the Community too. Also, within the Community you can check if anybody else already had the same issues.
Community: this is an open forum where you can:
Ask questions: any question is welcome, sometimes the best ideas come from the weirdest questions!

Ideas: we recommend using this to ask for new features for our
software. The ideas can be up voted and we will use them to guide the
evolution of our software.

Problems: if you have problems we will try to help you ASAP always, we
recommend using this instead of tickets so that everybody with the same
problem will know how it can be solved. If we see that your problem is
actually a software bug, we will create a ticket for you.
Chat with us: we sometimes sleep, but we are mostly online to help you, if you have urgent questions or doubts you can directly chat with us (use with moderation).
